MyrLande Simeon is the Founder and President of Elevate Her Foundation. She is driven by her deep passion for youth development and the empowerment of young girls. With over seven years of experience as a dedicated youth coach, MyrLande has mentored and guided young women to embrace confidence, discipline, and purpose. Her advocacy focuses on ensuring that every girl is equipped with strong educational values and a solid understanding of financial literacy which are key tools for building independence and success. Through Elevate Her Foundation, she continues her mission to uplift and inspire the next generation of female leaders.

Richard Charlemon has dedicated the past seven years to serving youth through his work at Helping Abused, Neglected, and Disadvantaged Youth (HANDY). Throughout his tenure, he has held key roles including Life Coach, Senior Life Coach, and Community Outreach Specialist. In his most recent position as Director of Education, Richard led Florida’s most successful program supporting youth in foster, relative, and non-relative care in pursuing higher education. His leadership and commitment have helped 78 HANDY Scholars attend 22 colleges and universities across the state and nation. Richard is also the CEO of Reyna Group Homes, where he continues his mission to provide stability, guidance, and opportunity for youth in need.

Rhonda serves as the Program Director for Elevate Allstars. With over 10 years of experience in all-star cheer and six years in gymnastics, she brings a deep passion for youth development and excellence. Throughout her cheer career, she has earned multiple national and state titles and placed among the top teams at Cheersport Nationals and D2 Summit. As a coach, Rhonda has guided athletes from novice to elite levels, leading her Elevate team to a first-place win and a bid to The One. She is dedicated to empowering every athlete to reach their full potential through hard work, confidence, and teamwork.
